Low fps on games

I was recently playing Arma 2 dayz and getting 9 fps! league of legends i got 40 fps and my friend was getting 110 fps


I have a HD radeon 6950 2 GB GDDR5 graphics card
AMD FX 6100 6 core processor

I agree with Jimmycooper. The AMRA engine needs some major work. Besides just blaming the game, I would update your GPU Drivers, Check your Temps to make sure nothing is throttling,and Run some Antimalware to make sure its not something bad running in the background.

Im pretty sure its just the Games Engine since your running fine in other games. But that other stuffs never hurts.
