Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) 140
RAM: 3 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Gaming Graphics: 1407 MB total available graphics memory
Primary hard disk: 240GB Free(287GB Total)

What are my possible compatible upgrades to make that computer run games such as World of Warcraft and RuneScape more efficiently?
I'm not trying to max out performance or get the BEST quality possible, I just want to improve my personal gaming experience.
Thanks for the help in advance!

No that is not right. OS needs 4GB of RAM not the GPU. That GPU can run on 1GB of RAM. You will be fine with 3GB of RAM.

There are two types of RAM in your system: 1. Physical memory RAM which is needed to operate the system. 2. VRAM = Video RAM which is the memory of GPU, and which is completely different from system/physical RAM.

A 32bit OS supports approx. 3.5GB of RAM. For smooth gameplay you can add another 1GB but that is not a must have for you.

I checked my BIOS, there wasn't any options for unlocking a 2nd core. After browsing some other forums I found that it's not advised to unlock the 2nd one anyways because of how unstable it is.

- Still open for more suggestions please!

Frankly your CPU is weak for modern day GPU's and games. Powerful GPU's may get bottlenecked by your CPU. So I think HD 7750 will be an option for you without bottleneck. It consumes very little power and you can play your desired games flawlessly. Good luck.
