After upgrading performance is worse!

Hi, I ran several benchmarks and recorded the results. The computer was an i7 3770 on an Asus P8H77-V with 16gb 1600mhz ram and a GTX 770.

After upgrading my entire computer (more specifically just building a whole new one and giving the old one away) except my video card, which I added to my new system. The new CPU is a 4770K, the new mobo is an MSI Z78-GD65 Gaming, I have different RAM but the speed and timings are the same.

Anyway, I get lower results in benchmarks now :( Why could that be?

I tried to check the memory settings in the bios but couldn't find them,to check to see if they were set right. However I loaded an XMP profile from my ram and retested butt my scores are still lower.

Was your video card OCed in the Previous Rig? Are you positive you have your video card in a x16 slot? I've seen changes in bios not actually take affect. Are you using CPU-z or something of the likes to verify your Memory and CPU settings

Yeah, I use open hardware monitor and it shows my CPU going up to 3.9ghz. My video card is not OC'ed, never was either. My card is in the top slot which I believe is always the fastest one. In fast I just checked my mobo manual and all three slots are x16.

My memory seems to be running at 800mhz, not 1600mhz, is that normal?

Have you gone to nvidia and updated to latest drivers for your vid card. Other than that my only other guess is that the PCIe lanes are not as efficient on the MSI as they are on the Asus, but I would like to see someone that is more of an expert on this issue chime in.
