Sapphire Tri-X or ASUS OC R9 290 ?

So I've been saving for a while now and finally have enough to get one of these bad boys.

Which would be the best one to get I know already that the differences between them are very subtle.

I plan to record BF4 using Dxtory.

Also does anyone know the exact measurements of both cards. I have the HAF-X Advanced 932 case by cooler master but as big as that case is that Sapphire card looks like a beast :D

I have two Sapphire cards atm and they do look quite nice with their design. My thing with the sapphire though is its yellow lol

but is that the same for the R9 290 .. not the R9 290X

In what ways was it superior .. just overall.. performance, temps, core speeds, etc etc..
