Need advise on recommend PSU watt

If i wan to OC it around 4.4GHZ. Is PSU Silverstone Strider Plus 600W (Full Modular) sufficient to support this rig?

That`s a nice build Liang Wei.

Go a little bit higher if you can on a PSU.
The R9 290 card draws quiet a bit, and with four 7200rpm drives
plus the two water cooling loops.

Maybe a 750w to 800 for a bit of head room or future expansion. Go for a good brand name of PSU.

Corsair, silver-stone, ect.


 
R9 290 requires 31 Ampere on +12V rail of a decent 550W PSU. The card requires only 300W on max load. So you will be fine with a 650W PSU with some power to spare. If you can manage then go with this one :
