i downloaded CoD Black ops 2, and when i launch it, it says "the program cant start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this program" ive reinstalled the program but i still get the same error when ever i lauch BO2

Thats an known issue of missing the latest DirectX version or some of its elements. Its also an know issue of pirated games. This forum doesn't provide help/support at piracy troubleshooting
