Internet doesn't work on certain users?

The internet is connected, and it says it is, but on 2 out of 3 users the internet doesn't work at all. The one user it does work on is the administrator. I have used Kaspersky RescueCD and it found nothing, except for some adware which was removed. I have used a couple different antiviruses and no luck. Please somebody help. Thank you.

In Control Panel, under Users, do the other two show up as 'Standard' users?

Try using the Admin user account, delete the other two users, then re-start the computer and then add them back in. Re-start the computer.

It's probably Kaspersky firewall and/or parental control issue. Go into it and check those settings for the users and that the adapter is set to trusted.

Thanks Russ! I stopped using Kaspersky and now exclusively rely on Malwarebytes and MSE (Defender in Win8).

Hope your suggestion works for this guy!

From the administrator user account check privileges of other users in Windows user accounts and family safety.
