I wanted to know if the H100i that came with two fans can be hooked up
where I can have the two fans on the bottom, then the RAD, and then
the original fan that came with the case on top of RAD. I could get longer
screws or whatever, but I thought a push pull config would be better.

Solution
The only thing you have to keep an eye out for is that on some boards components may be too high on the board to allow push pull(bottom fan hits parts of the board).

Getting new scres will be required for sure(just take the stock ones and get some just a hair shorter or use washers and get the same length.). use the stock ones to go from the top of the case into the fans and screw into the rad and the extras to screw fans in from the bottom side(screw to fan into rad).

Do not go too long with the screws as you can hit the rad. While this should not hit a liquid channel, you do not want to bend fins for no reason.

Thank You so much Nukemaster !!! I appreciate your help !!
I had installed the rad with just two fans facing up and blowing air out.
I thought I had them in reverse, and so took it all apart and turned
the fans around. The rad was very dusty and dirty, so I used
compressed air to clean it. I put the fans back in only to discover
that I had them originally blowing out and now they are blowing
in like the manual says to do. I cant get my i7 4770K to go
beyond 4300 now, but I used to have it at 4422 before I re-did my
OS and did a complete new install. Now I only use bios and not
the Asus Suite.

While corsair recommends pushing air into the system. Some users do prefer the other way(I always run the fans pushing or pulling out of the system). Worst case you get a slightly higher temps in pull(out) vs push(in).

Please check the temperatures since if you are having overclocking issues, I would guess things are running warm(should not be much of an issue for that cooler). If the temps check out also ensure the VRM's are getting some cooling as well(rear case fan should be helping with that too.).

I was able to do it and was very surprised when I went to buy 1 1/4 inch long m3 or m4 screws, that the screws
were in fact 6/32's !!! You could not fit a business card in between the top of the ROG cover on the MB, and
the bottom fans, but it fit. I now have everything for the CPU blowing heat up and out the top of the 650D case.

Thanks for your help so much !!
