Graphics Card is stuck at 405 MHz

Can someone give me some help here? My GeForce GTX 650 has been locked at 405 MHz for approximately 2 weeks now. There doesn't seem to be any problems with my temperatures. Plz help. I can barely bet to 30 FPS on any of my games since this problem began.

It could be that a setting was changed, and your GPU isn't clocked correctly. Unless Nvidia made a program that you can run to access the GPU's settings, I'd start with the BIOS. If there is a program, find the reset button and use that. I'd also check for the latest drivers.
