I have a rig consisting of The Crosshair V Formula-Z, EVGA GTX-670 TI, Corsair TX650m Power Supply, 1TB Memory and 8GB Vengeance DDR. My rig worked for about a half a year, but I had to move it out of my room for a little while to rearrange some stuff, and when I plugged it back it, it won't boot. I'm getting the error code "P5" or "PS" on the motherboard, but I can't seem to find it in the manual or anywhere online. Can someone please help me? I have a lot of money invested into this rig and I would hate to see it sit any longer.

Hi,

Maybe something is not properly connected after the move. Can you try clearing CMOS and usign the bare minimum components to see if it will POST again? Use only a single memory module, make the module is properly seated in both sides of the slot. Make sure the GPU is properly seated and that all power connectors are securely "home".

If you think it's the board you can also try an RMA the board... I was getting a FF code on mine, but I did fry it by not grounding my board lol when in stalling the a CPU radiator. But the guys at asus where pretty helpful an got me back a brand new board...

P.s
I did not tell them I fried my board just said it was giving me the code out of the blue an wouldn't boot.
