What's better a fm2-a55m-e33 motherboard or a Gigabyte F2A55M-hd2 motherboard?

Those two boards are basically the exact same! As far as which one id buy... Id be buy the Gigabyte one and for one reason only... Their boards are known for awesome reliability. Something that not all MSI boards are known for (not saying this is one of those times... but why take the chance)
