Desktop wont pick up Wifi

I have done a factory restore and it seems that it has erased my networks. I know that the router its self is fine because it works will everything BUT this one PC. It also works if I plug in a ethernet cable too it, but I would like to put it out in a open place were everyone in my house my use it and the phone jack won't run that far. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have thought about connecting it manually but there is no option to when I go to "Set up a Connection or Network"
