Will the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO fit in a Cooler Master K380 case?

I'm about to build a new PC with the K380 case, but I'm not sure if the cooler I want will fit. If it doesn't, which cooler should I use instead?

Interestingly, case manufacturer listed CPU clearance is not always valid. I think they are usually very conservative.

The Antec One lists a max CPU cooler height of 155mm.

The Hyper 212 PLUS at 159mm fits with ~3mm to spare, disregarding the bulge on the side panel.


However, I'd go with what they say, unless you see actual installations of the exact parts that show otherwise.
