Having this issue with my card, no DVI, no HDMI, i get it working only in VGA via adapter, wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a way to fix the card? Hope you gives help me out :)

How are you connecting to the monitor.

Does the monitor have a DVI connector but no hdmi.
And the cable you are using is a hdmi to Dvi.

If so then it is down to the cable and how it is pinned out.

Pure digital has a flat pin on the left of the Dvi cable end looking at the pins..
And analog has a flat pin plus four small pins. if it looks like that then you are trying to send a digital signal to an analog dvi end to the monitor. and why it does not work.

If you are using an adapter to bridge also check the pin out. As again there are two types analog Dvi and Digital.

All things i tried:
-Test two monitors and 1 LCD TV, i got analog signal only (VGA adapter).
-Test 2 different VGA cables, 1 new and one old, both works with adapter, tested with two DVI monitors, 2 cables 1 new 1 old, no signal.
-Test in another rig, same test above, same results.
-Test 2 OS's Windows7-8-8.1/Ubuntu 13.04-13.10

The card should have two Dvi ports.
One should be a slightly different color.
One is denoted for analog through Dvi.

The other Digital.
But the right cable has to be used for the right port.
On how the Dvi cable is pinned out.

If the motherboard also has on board graphics, it must be disabled in the bios and the options to set the Pci-e card first in the list must be selected and then saved in the bios.
As it will foul up the switching when sensing a connection from the monitor to the port in some cases.

Right now I'm pretty sure is faulty hardware in the card. My MoBo is already booting the video over PCI-E first. And I'm using the DVI cable my new LCD brings. It doesn't work on the DVI that has only the digital output and doesn't work on the hybrid one neither. I already said that I've tested in another different rig with all different hardware and is the same thing. Only analog output. Trust me i already tested all the ways. I'm asking if is possible to perform a hardware repair because is the only cause. There's no software/configuration/bios/driver can fix it.
