Hi,

I recently built a computer in hopes of learning / creating a bad ass computer. It was fun building it and it is now 100% complete. When I first turned it on i realized I had made some rookie mistakes (not giving power to the CPU, etc.) But since then, I have the system completely functional.

The problem i am having is that at any point in time, my machine will go to sleep and never wake up. It's not always, most of the times ill come back and wake it up just fine, but it happens about every 24 hours. Just today I came home and heard the fans running extra loud so i attempted to wake it up with no success. The heat seemed to be coming from my AMD FX 9590 CPU (the cooler that is) almost as if it were under some sort of load. The thing is when i leave the computer all my apps are closed.

I thought it could be a problem with the motherboard or maybe the GPU really in my mind it could be a lot of things. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I have only ever gotten one blue screen, the rest of the times the computer just freezes with a black screen.

Here are the specs to my computer:

CPU: AMD FX9590 8-Core
GPU: ASUS Radeon HD 7790
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
RAM: CURTAIL 16GB DDR3 1333
POWER SUPPLY: Corsair CX750M
CPU COOLER: Cool Master Hyper 212 EVO
HHD: Samsung 250GB SSD

****UPDATE****
I should note that the computer DOES NOT go to sleep ever, the display however, does. Most recently when waking up the display by moving the mouse, the display responded by leaving sleep mode and having the backlight come on, however the computer was again unresponsive and the screen was still black.

Maybe it could be my GPU? Or is it the motherboard?

Not to question your knowledge but I read somewhere that it is supported. Do you think that it not being supported could lead to all these symptoms?
