Wake up after 3-15 sec after shutdown

i'm so sad ! :??:

my system can't shutdown !

i can only turn it off by make 0 the psu

i press shutdown in windows (button too ) and it turn off but after 15 sec wakes up !!!

i have this problem about a year

my rig :

i5 2500k

msi P67 Gd-55

8 GB corsair 1600 mhz

650 watt acbel

1.5 tb hdd

inno3d 560 ichill

help me for GOd sake !

sometimes with efi bios they lock up on shut down. the easy fix is drain power from the motherboard and clear the cmos. if it wont shut down check what plugged into your usb ports. one of the devices may be hanging the system from turning off.

i unplugged my mouse and keyboard ! and finally works ! my system doesn't wake up !

but what's wrong with my m&k ???

i must put them with ps/2 converter ??

i unplug my mouse only = wake up
keyboard only unpluged = wake up
both unpluged = nice !

i must change my input device ?
