My parents, for some reason, ill not allow me to build a pc from scratch. I've looked on some websites but they are all way too overpriced for what they are. They have good processors but no graphical power. My budget is about $400-$450. The only requirement I have is that it be able to run Planetside 2 at 30fps on low. I may be able to replace the ram since it's easy to replace. Can anyone help?

Solution
the biggest trouble is your budget.

its going to be hard to build/find any sort of half decent machine for that and still manage to fit a half decent video card in the system without resorting to subpar parts which arent very trustworthy.

you might manage to find one with a fx-6300 and a 7xxx series 2gb ati video card for about $500 or a bit less if its on sale. probably subpar psu, low end non overclockable motherboard, etcetera... but its at least not terrible. i saw some on newegg...
