I have a pretty big tower and my Evga gtx 660 doesn't seem to fit. It can fit into the graphic card slot but the back of the tower is pushing against it.

You need to remove those metal insets in the back of your tower, they are blocking your card from sliding into place. The card is meant to sit flush against the back of the case. Your card is too big if it is hitting your hard drive cage or the front part of the tower.
What do you mean back of the tower? Like the physical back of the tower or the back of the card is touching the front of the case.

The card is suppose to touch the back of the case. There are screwholes that will match up that you use to add extra support for the card.

Very sorry you're having this problem. All I can suggest is that you read the technical specs of any proposed add-on card to be sure the dimensions specified meet your case & motherboard available space. Since the back of the card is hitting your case, perhaps a graphics card manufacturer other than Evga would be a better choice. Good luck!

I just added pictures... you see how in the second image on the left of my hand it pushes up against that back part of the tower? The graphics card is very close to fitting in just about a inch or 2 away from fitting in.
