Hey guys. I have been using a DVI cable on my setup since I got this monitor and everything was working perfectly. But I have been hearing things about HDMI being better so I went out and picked up an HDMI cable. The difference in color was immediately noticeable. With HDMI all of my colors seemed very washed out. The whole display had kind of a white tint to it. I tried it with DVI again and everything looked fine. Why isnt HDMI working with my system? I am pretty sure all of my hardware should work with HDMI and my drivers are recent.

If theres a way to fix this thatd be great. If not can somebody explain to me why this isnt working?

Solution
Go to Nvidia control panel and choose "Pixel Format" and chose "RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (FULL RGB)" from the default setting. See if that helps.
