Cant decide on a case fan.

I realy need dont know which case fan i should use. I need something that is not very loud, but is not very quiet either. I dont care about the LED's, but they can be there.I am lacking money, so something economical would be nice.

Solution
First, HAF X stock fans are good enough and have plenty of airflow. I won't suggest changing them.but still if you want then replace the 200mm fans with megaflows-

and if you really want red led then prolimatech(one of the finest cooling device maker)120mm is a good choice-

Could my stock fans keep the heat low ? I dont want the temperature getting to high, that is my biggest concern.

Yeah, stock fans are getting better and better. As long as your CPU/GPU's cooling is sufficient the stock ones will provide enough airflow.

Although if you ever want to upgrade you can, why not test the stock ones first.
