Is this setup OK for overclocking?

CPU - Intel Core i7-4770K
MOBO - Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3
CASE - Corsair 500R Black
PSU - OZC ZT 550W
CPU Cooler - Arctic Freezer Pro 7
Case fans - stock corsair fans + 2 af120 performance.

(There is other hardware in the cade, but I didn't think it'd be necessary to add that)

I have the CPU at 4.10GHz, but is that too much for the cooler I have? The PC averages at 20C under a very light load (chrome, YouTube etc.) But will temps get higher (than they already would've been) when it is under high loads?

Thanks in advance,
- Adam

That is my goal in stress testing. Knowing it only hits 70c during stress testing insures significantly lower temps during every day operation, as you said around 50c. I wouldn't want my system to run 70c consistently during hours of gaming as high temp = low life expectancy

I *think* it should be OK, the two AF120s are blowing right down on the heatsink and that area, and they seem to have knocked around 10C off the idle temp since before I had them.

SR-71 Blackbird - yes, a PNY GTX 770
