Is it safe to have my cpu at 3.5 Ghz all the time?

I have an Intel Xeon E3 1230V3 and I was wondering if its safe to keep it boosted at 3.5 Ghz all the time? I have a Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO for my heat sink and it Idles at 34 degrees and reaches about 46 degrees while playing Dayz.

I don't see why it wouldn't be. That load temp is low.

Be sure to remove all combustible objects from the room, and you may want to wear a fire proof suit. Ensure pets do not lay or stand near the pc tower, and wear steel toed boots. Otherwise, you should have no problem.

Of course it's safe, this cooler is really good and your cpu will handle, as I can see the temps are really low!
