I have set the boot priority to where only my CD drive gets booted, but it still says to insert proper boot media. I've set the cd drive to master and slave, changed the boot priority so the CD drive is first, and it still says to insert proper boot media. This CD has worked before, and I also have a recovery USB that shows up in the boot priority but still won't load from it. I can't seem to get it to pull up the recovery tools so i can reset it or do a system restore. I might've gotten the files wrong or something. I don't know whta to do.

No problem, download the .ISO files here http://www.w7forums.com/threads/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads.12325/ Your one is most likely second from the top (Home premium 64bit) If it isn't just find yours from the list. Remember the file is over 3GB's so you'll a storage medium capable to hold that.

For disk - http://www.imgburn.com/
For USB - http://arstechnica.com/business/2009/12/the-usb-flash-drive/ (I'd recommend ignoring the second page)

Let me know if this helps :)
