Am I getting bottlenecked?

I have a Raedon HD 7870 2GB GPU and an A8-5000 processor, would it be normal to have problems maxing out games on an 1920x1080 monitor?

can you list which games you are having issues with ? hard to fiqure a bottleneck with a 7870 ....

I can't max out saints row 4 which is optimized for amd, and COD ghosts has some problems too.
Oh, and just cause 2 can sometimes get a low fps.

i expect a little bottleneck -about 5-7% .Try GPU Z and see .if the gpu load is 90% then you have 10% bottleneck .

The 7870 is a lower mid range card now, you won't be able to max the newest games :-/ Just drop the details a bit, should be fine at 1080p just not maxed, your probably looking at medium.

Dang, I was really hoping I was getting bottlenecked. I should of spent the money on a r290 x
