What else can I delete on this computer?

I factory reset my brother's laptop because our mom gave him a old laptop since she bought a new computer. This is a old laptop, and it's very slow compared to my desktop but I want to make this run at a decent speed. Is there anything that I can delete from this list that won't effect the computer?

Unolocogringo
Click start run.
Type in- MSCONFIG- hit enter or run.
Go to the startup tab.
Remove the check mark from Microsoft office, Adobe Reader,Macromedia ETC>>>>>
Anything that is not a device driver or your antivirus.

Uninstall Norton and Install Microsoft Security essentials .
This will give you at least 10-20% better performance. Office by itself is around 10% on older equipment.
