I'm struggeling with the next problem for a while now.
When I'm playing Aion my FPS starts dropping in high crowded areas.
The more characters that has to load the lower my FPS.
My average fps is like 40-60fps and drops to 20 and below.
This might look like lag but my ping is below 200.
Since the server is in the US and I'm from the Netherland I consider this isn'a bad ping.
I've lowered my settings to the lowest possible, turned of the HQ option the game has but it doesn't change that much.
My average ping become 60-70 but it still drops to an amount that causes "lag"
I also have the same problem in Tera in cities my fps drop to 22 fps, for Tera this isn't that bad cause it doesn't cause lag but still it's strange.
My system:
Asrock 970 extreme 3
AMD FX8120 (clocked to 4200 atm)
8GB ram 1333 MHZ
Gigabyte GTX660
Samsung HD161HJ (windows drive)
Samsung HD753LJ (mostly games drive)
I hope someone can help me out with this because I want to play the game properly for once.
