So basically, my PC freezes and my mouse still responds. But this problem seems to only occur in web browsers. (Chrome and Firefox). In Chrome, the entire system would be come unresponsive at random times, except the mouse would move. I couldn't Ctrl+Alt+Delete or tab out or anything. Windows Key + L, worked, however. In Firefox, I was able to switch to another program, which ended up not responding and freezing the PC, while the mouse still moved. This lasts for about 20 seconds then it becomes responsive again. I'm not sure what's causing it.
I've checked my temperatures, ran MemTest, ran sfc /scannow, and scanned for viruses.
What else is there left to do?

MSI G46-970A
AMD FX-6300
Radeon HD 7770
8GB G.Skill 1600MHz RAM
700W Thermaltake TR2 PSU
1TB WD Blue HDD

But I reseated the RAM and that seemed to fix the issue.
