Best mobile driver for 7600/7700M laptop GPU?

Hi all,

I've recently been having trouble finding the best GPU driver for my laptop's 7600/7700M graphics chip, because A) It's a Toshiba and they don't believe in giving new drivers nor allowing us to install the AMD drivers, and B) I haven't found the "most optimal driver" yet.

Could anyone point me in the right direction to A) bypassing the Toshiba restriction on installing official (or possibly modded) AMD drivers, as well as B) the "best" driver for the said graphics card?

just wondering how do they prevent you from installing amd drivers?

I know on my hp all you had to do was uninstall current drivers then install amds latest driver (I know though I couldn't directly upgrade drivers using amd had to run uninstaller first http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/Other-DRIVERS-TOOLS/AMD/AMD-Catalyst-Un-install-Utility-1210.shtml)

I'll give this a shot. Hopefully it'll work with the Toshiba, but I'm not sure. I'll let everyone know as soon as I finish.
