So last week I asked if my dynes 400w was enough for a 6300 fx processor and a 7770 graphics card, most people said no. Now I'm asking if I could use a 6300 cpu with a gt430 gpu with the same power supply. I'm just going to use 2 hard drives and 2 fans. I'm planning to upgrade my psu to use the 7770 soon, but I really need to install this new cpu. This is the label of my psu

Help please

Solution
The HD 7770 requires a 500W PSU, so the answer is indeed no for that one.

The GT430 requires a 350W+ PSU with at least 22A on the 12V rail. Yours has 23A. It should be able to handle this card.

Still, since you're going to buy a better PSU soon anyway, I suggest you upgrade the PSU and CPU at the same time.

The psu power recommandations are made for generic psus that cant supply the advertised power. So if u are using a single card? a 450w-500w Branded cpu would be fine.
Branded: Seasonic>antec>corsair(anything but cx)>evga.
I suggests antec vp 450, its cheap as shit.
Its shown that it can suply up to 600w and still be within specs, after that, the oc protectiong force shutdown
