How good is this budget build?

I'm on a tight budget and I thought I might have a go at designing one. All I really need to know is if it will run Planetside 2 on low/medium settings at 30fps.

Yeah it will. I have a way worse PC than that and can get 40fps on planetside 2 on low-medium

it is a revision of your build, with better price/performance parts selection
pentium 4th gen haswell + mobo
8GB of ram
Radeon 260X (slightly below 7850 performance, but newer gen)

probably at 60+ at medium-high
that build is already way above planetside 2 requirement
