I just built a new computer, and I have completely assembled it. I have the ASROCK Z77 Extreme 6 motherboard, the 780 Titan, a Fata1ity 750W PSU, an i5 processor, a desktop internal 1TB hard drive by WD and Windows 8.1. I am unable to start the Windows 8.1 install. I keep getting the message "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."

In bios, set primary boot device as disk or usb depending on what windows is being installed from and select HDD as secondary priority for boot device and try again
