Computer just stopped all applications and closed

Chrome keeps f*cking up everything everytime i use it its always locking my computer freezing stopping applications from working. Its getting ridiculous. I cant even get to dam website without it freezing, or it just takes 5 minutes to load the website when i have a fast internet connect. I have tried everything to fix it using advance system care 7, and other applications. It just continues. It even does it on Firefox but its almost worse because it freezes on every load.

Just need some feedback on whats going on. Its really starting to piss me off.

Oh and there is no way im using IE, dont even bother.

My computer setup is:
CPU: AMD 6300 @3.5GHz
MB: Gigabyte MB (dont know the exact number)
RAM: 16GB
HDD: 1TB WD Green
GPU: AMD HD Radeon 7850 2gb
Power Supply: Rosewell

Welln let me take a step back. You should try doing a reinstall to repair your system files. This will allow you to reinstall windows without losing your already installed files. You first will need your windows disk and boot to it and follow the onscreen instructions.

not it then... run msconfig then go to startup and look for suspicious items i guess.
