Will this fan/radiator setup be efficient?

I recently purchased the Corsair Carbide 540 case, and would like to set up a water cooling loop. I want to start off with the dual 140mm mount, but there is limited clearance between it and the motherboard and cables. I have measured, and can fit two B-Blaster 140mm fans in a push configuration along with the Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 radiator, but I'm not sure if the static pressure from the fans is enough to effectively utilize the full potential of the radiator.

What are your thoughts? Any help is appreciated!

Enermax do have good cheap fans. NoiseBlocker PRO is really good and siklent 140mm fan.
With water cooling it is not so mportant what fan's you use. Best thing to do is bet fan controller if case do not have one. This statick pressure is good enough with most fans. Faster fan speed means more air moving. This means more air pressure. If you want silent build look 1150-1500rpm fan's.
This is PWM fan so systen can adjust fan speed. If you wish to do that.

This is really good quality fan. 6 year warranty...

I'm not a fan or watercooling expert but those B-Blaster fans are rated at 3.5 mmH2O and I know that the fans that come with the H100i (what I have and my only source of information experience :) ) comes with fans that provide the same pressure and are (for their CFM and static pressure) well recommended for radiator applications.

That's good to know. However, I am still unsure weather the fans will be able to properly utilize the radiator in a pull configuration.

And there is slower fan speeds too.

Corsair ,bitfenix and others do have good fans.

I have four Enermax 140mm fans with 560 rad. They cool my 3930k + Two 780's really well.
No need to spin top fans under idle load. I have just two 180mm front fans and one floor fan. This gives me enough air pressure. (case is enermax fullmo gt) no side fans because I did made window side panel.
+I did close all holes in my case. (like rear fan hole) So there is no air leaks. Only way out for heat is top.

With corsair air 540 id look for 240 rad on top + 360 mosta to front. That is enough for two video cards + cpu.
Maybe good thing to do is make rear fan suck cool air. Not sure if this works but you can try :)
Hope this helps :)

And if you do buid with mosta rad. Then good fan with mosta is 3 120mm Scythe gentle typhoon. I think 700-1150 rpm is enough. http://www.quietpc.com/gt-120-1150
