New build suddenly stops working...

So I recently created my build, and it went great! I installed Windows 8.1, and most of the mobo drivers. HAving seen that my system was working, I powered down the system to do some cable management and attach the case fans. After I finished, however, the system wouldn't even boot up. The PSU fan ran for a few seconds then stopped as it had nothing to power... I don't know what's wrong, HELP PLEASE :(

It sounds like in the process of doing your cable management you disconnected one or more cables and either left one or more disconnected or reconnected it improperly. Disconnect and reconnect all of your cable connections again being careful of the proper orientation for each and every one.
