when I turn my desktop on the fan just keep running but doesnt repond to anything

When I turn on my desktop the fan are running but its not reponding to anythiny (keyboard,mouse,monitor)

Did your pc let out 1 beep as it started up when it was working correctly(trying to determine if there is a system speaker for post codes)
Sounds like a power supply failure or a motherboard failure.
Does your power supply have a light on it near where the power cord goes into it. If so what color is it when fans are running

newer boards dont have buid in speaker often anymore. and lower end boards dont have trouble shooting display either.
Try to get a speaker so we have something to work with.
Its really hard to trouble shout pc if u dont have backup gear.

Ya and it seems like a lot of people never plug in the 4pin system speaker that comes with most boards
