I have my 8320 running 4.4. 19 ghz my setting are 200fsb cpu clock rate 22 and I have cool and quiet off all power savings as well also I have shut off core performace boot disabled
cpu unlock disabled c1e support disabled and hpc and apm mode disabled ..
this is on a cooler master 212 evo fan
My board is 990FXA-UD3
