I have this case here http:// and I was wondering if I could fit this very beautiful MB http:// into my case or is it only compatible with ATX as I am looking to fully upgrade my Rig but I fear that it would not be able to fit in my case

Yes, the ssi ceb boards have the same I/o rear panel and mounting holes and expansion slots as the ATX specs. The Asus mobo is the same length as a ATX mobo and only 1/2 in. wider.
