I pressed my mute button a couple of months ago and my computer stopped playing sounds. After a few frustrating days, I ended up re-installing sound drivers (which had no effect before) and it worked. Well, I pressed my mute button a couple of days ago, and BAM, no sound. I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling and enabling and disabling SoundMax Integrated Audio or whatever a couple dozen times. Nothing is working.
Also, I have a little exclamation point on my Audio Bus High Definition Audio thing. Apparently my computer doesn't have the drivers or something to run it.
Whenever I successfully replace my SoundMax drivers, my computer says an error occurred and that my device may not work properly.
My laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad T61. My main audio device is Sound Max for XP.
