can xbox360 emulator at 1080p???

hey guys, i just recently have a full HD TV (1080p) and i have a plan to build PC gaming at 1080p resolution, but i wish to play some xbox360 games ( halo 3, halo 4, and halo reach).

i think it is not quite efficient to buy xbox360 to me just for playing those games, hence i am going to use emulator x360 instead of it... but i am worrying about the resolution i will get because the native resolution of x360 is 720p, whereas my TV is 1080p... can those run at 1080p??? and if it can, how much performance hit i will get??? anyone has experience about this issue...???

help me please... :D

but... but... have you ever seen latest version of x360 emulator on youtube which is even able to run GTA V with 30+ fps... but i dunno how was about their resolution used at???
sorry for many question because i am beginner... :D
