So i just got my brand new system up and running yesterday, And i am noticing a glitch. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2vLDw is my system but using this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131989&clickid=WY91wTX8CweXQ96VDLQO8Ta%3AUkT1-FQvNzdh0I0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

and these fans http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103022

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103077 x3

But anyway Every once in a while my screen will go black for 2-3 seconds and come back up. Never had this problem on my old system. Could it be any of my hardware getting faulty already?

Could it be my Powersupply is struggling only being 650 watts? or what could it be?

Ur PSU is providing 12v@53amps 12*53= 636 Watts. Ur GPU needs less than 500 Watts.
Ur motherboard has a safety thing where if your power supply isn't sufficient then it reboots.
I'm 90% sure it's your graphics card and 70% sure it's overheating and 30% sure that it's faulty and you just got a bad chip or you don't have the right drivers for your graphics card.
You are having a visual problem. Not a PC operational problem.
