is Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P compatible with EVGA GeForce GTX760

I have a Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P motherboard in my (kinda outdated) custom built PC, would an EVGA GeForce GTX760 work with it? Or do I need a new motherboard?

The mobo has pci-e x16 slot , so it can handle GTX 760 .pci-e 3.0 cards should work in pci-e 2.0/1.0 slots of the same length - here x16.
