My friend gave me his AMD Radeon 7570.. it came with his computer and he upgraded and the graphics card was better then mine so i thought hey why not? I have a HP Pavilion and the computer it came with was a DELL XTS something... will this conflict with my computer? i would really like to know because AMD just skips the installlation of the drivers and just downloads Microsoft Visuals and Framework
Cant get display drivers for graphics card given by friend.

It should work, that card only draws power off the board so unless you have a 200w power supply that shouldn't be the issue. What are you upgrading from? You need to uninstall previous drivers before adding a new card. And microsoft visual frameworks are part of the software needed for a display driver.
