My Computer keeps shutting down randomly and I think it is my Graphics card doing it. I do not think it is Heat Related too because the hottest it reached is 42c and the CPU is around 60c. I am thinking it is my Power Supply, but I dont think that is really the case. Also one of my 2 Hard-drives keeps randomly disappearing (The one I use for Storage) , also the Graphics I just recently got too.

Here are my PC Specs.
CPU : AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight Core Processor, 3600MHz
RAM : 16GB
HDD : ST2000DL003-9VT166 ATA Device 1863 GB (Used for Storage)
HDD : PLEXTOR PX -128M5S ATA Device 119 GB (Used for Windows)
GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (Radeon HD 7850 to be exact)
PSU : I dont know the exact name but it is 750w
OS : Windows 8.1 Home Edition

If anyone can figure out the solution to the problem that would be great! Thank you!

Are you getting bsod? if it is so, probably its your video card. if you OC it, adjust it to default and see what happens. As for your hdd, maybe you're having a loose connection.

It can be PSU or MoBo. Bios settings can be wrong. Most likely it is windows and driver issue.

First try to look what psu you have. There is 750 psu that gives only 450w safe output wattage.
This is enough for your build but just make sure it is good because if you upgrade system it is better know is psu good or not.

First look bios settings and remove videocard drivers and istall new drivers.
You can run some bechmarks to find out what makes system crash.
Memory can be bad too so use memtest to find out if memory makes this issue.

Hope this helps :)

bsod = blue screen of death - this is where your screen goes blue and you can see information of errors and physical dump of memory or whatever.
it seems that you don't know about OC and that leaves graphic card out of the picture (not entirely). check AxlFone advice and see what you come up with.
for a quick trouble shooting, if you board comes with onboard video card try to use it and see what happens.

I do not get the BSOD, I havnt got it since 2005.

First drop HT link to 2000 now it is 2200. If this makes system stable you are fine.
If not drop all OC to normal level and try if it works.

How would I drop it to 2000?

Bios settings. Hit delete before post to enter bios

Then if you want to OC look CPU Vcore and Pll settings to make system stable.
Maybe memory needs bit more V to make system stable.

I have old 965BE so look trough internet what settings are good with 8 core 8150 cpu.

I have absolutely no Idea what you are talking about. Can you please be alot more specific about Bios Settings, and OC, and VCore, and Pll. Along with what V is.
