AMD FX 8150 with Gigabyte 970a-d3, Memory speed issue

Hi there,
I bought a new system with
gigabyte 970a-d3 motherboard,
Amd fx 8150 3.6 Ghz CPU,
Corsair 4 GB 1600 Mhz CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 RAM

I am changing RAM profile to profile1 to get 1600 Mhz speed at BIOS. but it can't run above 1333 Mhz. How can I get 1600 mhz RAM speed. I am not an expert about detailed memory settings, need help urgently please

What does it show in CPU-Z ( afree utility program you can download) , in the memory tab..if it shows 800 in the freq pane then you are running 1600, have a feeling you may be seeing the SPD info somewhere which would be 1333

In BIOS - current memory speed is 1333 mhz. I am looking with AMD Overdrive and it shows 667 Mhz at memory tab, first column. also CPU-Z, aida 64 and Gigabyte utility shows 667 mhz as max speed. thanks.

OK, go into BIOS and look for DOCP - EOCP or XMP, if any available, enable it and select 1600 and it should set up for you, else manually set freq to 1600, DRAM timings and voltage to spec and give it a try

Thanks Tradesman1, I have updated my question, as you can see bios pictures attached, XMP is already set to 1600. but memory frequency is 1340 mhz. can you help me about how can I manually set detailed memory settings?

Had the same issue with same motherboard, tried lots of different settings without any result.

SOLVED by updating BIOS to FEf version (had FD before), now RAM runs on 1600 after just setting XMP profile, all other settings/timings are on auto.
