Good day guys.
Im here to ask for suggestions

Im about to buy an i5-3570k for gaming purposes(bf4, crysis 3, cod ghosts and all future games). And kinda planning to overclock it using Asus AI suite.
But I dont know if the stock fan(the one included in the package) is suitable for what I need.

My questions are:
1. Can this stockfan suffice gaming mode? how bout overclock(only up to 4.2ghz)?
2. If this fan cant suffice the overclocking mode will this Hyper Evo 212 suffice it? (got a little budget though) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
3. on question #2, if not, what cpu cooler do you suggest with an affordable price(please dont send me links on water cooling, i just dont like those :)

Quick edit: can you also suggest a good thermal paste, with an affordable price too, thanks =))

Solution
You can most certainly use the intel stock cooler for mild overclocks like you've suggested.
Otherwise anything over 4.3 I strongly suggest an aftermarket cooler.
The EVO is an excellent choice.
The EVO comes with a tube of pretty good paste btw.
I've used it on many installs.

The stock fan is poor and totally unsuitable for overclocking. The Evo cooler will do nicely though. An affordable, yet excellent and electrically non-conductive thermal grease is the Prolimatech PK-1.

And I hope for you you already own the mainboard. Otherwise it would be silly to buy that obsolete processor (unless you get a really steep discount on it).

Well intels stock cooler is pretty crap its only supposed to keep the chip running at stock at pretty high temps. It is possible to oc a bit but really not much. i would suggest to get an aftermarket cooler like the hyper 212 evo just to be safe and then you can also go higher but you better look for it in another shop because 40$ for an hyper 212 evo is a bit much.
