My pc gets bsod with error message"no signal" while running win7 & at times even while loading bios. (even with hard disk disconnected).Tried replacing monitor, vga cable, ram from another working pc.Tried both video ports on the back panel.No good.Pls, help

The one thing you haven't tried is installing a new graphics card - - that may well be what's required to fix the problem.
