No, you should get a 650W+ from a reputable brand (corsair, seasonic, antec, xfx), preferably 700W+ so you have some headroom

all these will do the job fine and price is reasonable

here's a 750W if you afford it, it's the cheapest 750W i could find from a reputable brand but will give you plently of upgrade room

600W might work with a high quality PSU from a reputable brand, but your GPU use 299 (max) watt under load, adding another card will make it very tight on 600W and leave you with no headroom which you need for the rest of your system, you see? therefore 650W minimum, and your PSU aren't good, it works sure, but you need a high quality PSU to run your system especially if you wanna CF/SLI

I have r9 270's crossfired on an Antec 550bp it works but crashes all the time under heavy loads, I really had wish I went with atleast a 750. I wouldn't recommend anything less than 750w especially if you plan to OC and run lots of fans and extra stuff.

the 270 is a 150w gpu. i have one running on 375w with a 125w cpu. 600w would be plenty of power from a good psu brand. looking at the 12v amps available on that psu, i would suggest it is not a very good one and that you get a different psu for this. my 375w psu has 36 12v amps and this "600w" one has 44 amps available. that is 8 x 12 = 96 more watts from a psu that is supposed to be 225w more powerful than mine.

do yourself a favor and get a better psu. here is a good one on sale right now that would do the job.

That will be cutting it close and possibly maxing out his PSU... Like I said I wouldnt do anything less than 750 especially if you have fans and lots of other stuff and overclocking etc.

i don't think it will be even close to maxed out. 2 x 150w for the 270's and another 150w for the rest of the system and you're at 450w or 37.4 12v amps. to stay in the safe usage of around 80% would be around 46.9 amps available. the seasonic has 48 amps available in a solid quality psu. so right in the sweet spot or power used vs power available :)

i am not opposed to having more power than you need if the psu is on a good sale. but for the price, this one is plenty of power and quality so win-win. i have often suggested way overpowered psu's when they are on sale but only for price not a "need" for the extra wattage. math is your friend. trust the math :D
