I built this pc late last year, and recently have been experiencing problems, both under load while playing games, and more easy web browsing.

The computer either Reboots at random, or Blue screens. Programs also seem a little more unstable.

Specs:
Windows 8.1

Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H
Intel i7 4770k
Gigabyte GTX 660 OC
Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM
Corsair 500w CX PSU

I'm no expert, so I'm not sure which crash logs/dumps, if anyone would like more info, please let me know.

Thanks.

According to BlueScreenView, The most recent Blue Screen was MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and was caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Is this likely to be a RAM issue?
Thanks.

Check your ram status using memtest (http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-57342679-285/how-to-test-your-ram-in-windows/), but alco checking your task manager will be a good idea, ntoskrnl (kernel) errors are generaly caused by file transfraes and background processes doing unwanted (unwanted by windows) stuff. I had similar problems and it was caused by cfosspeed. It is probably a newly installed program.
