New PC doesn't display anything

My new custom built PC doesn't display anything and my monitor turns itself to power saving mode whether or not I plug my dvi cable to the GPU or the motherboard.However when I remove my GPU my PC works fine on integrated graphics.What should I do ? . Is my GPU broken?

What are your full system specifications?
