I'm running a MSI 990FXA-GD80v2 motherboard,
w/ an AMD 4.4ghz 8 core CPU,
G.Skill Sniper 4x4gb RAM,
Two (2) Evga Nvidia 560 ti gtx video cards in sli,
powered by a cooler master v1000 PSU.

I'm getting blue screens left and right since I put this thing together. Often BSOD 0x00000050 or 0x0000003B. I can't tell whats causing this, is it the motherboard, the cpu or memory or what. I just replaced the power supply cuz it kept restarting on me every time you got into something, but last night it restarted on me again. I thought a new PSU would fix it. How do I tell whats causing problems?

Try running in one stick of ram 1st. Then if it continues - swap the 1 stick of ram with another. Typically you want to fall back to motherboard-ram-cpu 1 video card to eliminate as many possibilities as possible.
